While submitting the professional directory submissions every company has been informed that there is no guarantee o whether their submission will be selected or not. Reasons are:

• Improper amount of pages in the site
• The content of the webpage not being clear
• Incomplete submissions are rejected straight away
• Presence of excessive secondary and broken links.
• Not satisfying the terms and conditions mentioned in the directory
• Long processing time.
• Designed with excessive advertisements.
• Incase a new tab is required by every part of the submission.
• Insufficient description of the product they are actually selling.
• Too much pop-up added on to the main material.
• Use of adult material or porn is the major reason for rejection.
• Copied material is thrown out of the selection criteria straight away.
• Sites connecting one site to the other.
• Sites with a short term life or lesser span of living are also refused.
• Submission that does not meet the requirements of the directory is also rejected.

Steps that lead to directory approval of your submission

Every directory has certain terms and conditions that need to be satisfied to sign the agreement with them. If any of the conditions is left unfulfilled in any manner then rejection or disapproval of the submission is assured.

Some of these specifications include:

1. Use of adult content or ill mannered language and material should not be there.
2. Your site must contain detailed information about the product you are selling.
3. The minimum size of your submission must be 20 pages or more.
4. Please assure that your site has no link to any other webpage.
5. Please ensure that you have gone through the policy which describes that kindly design your submission in such a manner that it does not take much time to get loaded into the directory in case it has been selected for that.
